Program Overview
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Certificate Program equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to improve organizational performance, reduce waste, solve problems, and implement sustainable process improvements.
Participants will learn how to apply Lean Six Sigma principles and the DMAIC methodology to improve efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes across nonprofit, business, educational, and government environments.
