​Over the last 20 years, Jennifer Williams has worked with some of the largest industry leaders including Monsanto, McDonnell Douglas, Master Card, Missouri MBDA, City of Florissant, Youth Build St. Louis Ambush, Hazelwood School District and Cass Information System. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University and holds several certifications and membership affiliations. Recognized by the Minority Business Development Agency as a top Minority Women Business Leader. Jennifer has a well-known reputation for asking the right questions to gain clarity and a full understanding of all requirements in order to provide the right training and strategic outcomes.

In addition to managing JWI Partners Group, Jennifer has a heart for people and her community. She serves as the Executive Director of GFC We Care Community Connection, a nonprofit organization that works with the underserved in St. Louis City and St. Louis County. Supportive services are available to youth, teens, low income families and/or families in need of public assistance, etc. We Care Community Connection offer education, training, and other services along the side of various community partners.
