Jennifer Williams is the president and founder of JWI Partners Group. JWI Partners Group is a leading consulting firm specializing in change management, soft skills development, and project management. We empower organizations and individuals to achieve their full potential through innovative solutions and expert guidance.
Over the last 20 years, Jennifer Williams has worked with some of the largest industry leaders including Monsanto, McDonnell Douglas, Master Card, Missouri MBDA, City of Florissant, Youth Build St. Louis Ambush, Hazelwood School District and Cass Information System. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University and holds several certifications and membership affiliations. Recipient of the Minority Business Development Agency as a top Minority Women Business Leader. Recipient of the Distinguished Service Award presented by Kiwanis Club of Greater Spanish Lake. Jennifer has a well-known reputation for asking the right questions to gain clarity and a full understanding of all requirements in order to provide the right training and strategic outcomes.
In addition to managing JWI Partners Group, Jennifer has a heart for people and her community. She serves as the Executive Director of GFC We Care Community Connection, a nonprofit organization that works with the underserved in St. Louis City and St. Louis County. Supportive services are available to youth, teens, low income families and/or families in need of public assistance, etc. We Care Community Connection offer education, training, and other services along the side of various community partners.
