Over the last 20 years, Jennifer Williams has worked with some of the largest industry leaders including Monsanto, McDonnell Douglas, Master Card, and Cass Information System. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University and holds several certifications and membership affiliations. Recognized by the Minority Business Development Agency as a top Minority Women Business Leader. Jennifer has a well-known reputation for asking the right questions to gain clarity and a full understanding of all requirements in order to provide the right training and strategic outcomes

 

In addition to managing JWI Partners Group, Jennifer has a heart for people and her community. She serves as the Executive Director of GFC We Care Community Connection, a nonprofit organization that works with the underserved in St. Louis City and St. Louis County. Supportive services are available to youth, teens, low income families and/or families in need of public assistance, etc. We Care Community Connection offer education, training, and other services along the side  of various community partners.
