Jennifer Williams served as Change Manager practitioner for LEPSI Project business integration Monsanto system to Bayer Crop Science that enables the automation and optimization of data flows and key business processes that impacted 5000 plus employees. She applied best practices in Change Management by building communications, training, resistance management, reinforcement, feedback and change readiness plans. Jennifer stepped up when she recognized many of the other change managers assigned to the project did not have the appropriate training for their role. She gave them a cursory education and brought them up-to-speed on the basics so they could function appropriately. Also, when the Change Manager Lead left the company, she filled the gap until the role was filled and she brought that person up-to-speed on the project. In both cases, Jennifer recognized gaps in the project and filled them well.
